Civil Engineer
The Civil Engineer will be assiged in business development, primarily handling site inspection and evaluation on actual status of any possible project.

What You’ll Do
    • Provide geographical data/information of the proposed project with proper assessment and recommendations
    • Coordinate and prepare all necessary surveys (e.g. topographic, relocation, etc.) up to proper turn-over of actual boundaries/monumenting
    • Translate gathered information/actual data into initial site development plan using CIVIL 3D analysis

We are hiring Business Development Coordinators to join our team in expanding our Luzon operations.

What You’ll Do
    • Monitor and facilitate assigned projects where permits are currently being processed (such as procurement, gathering, and submission of requirements to various government agencies for various permits and licenses)
    • Conduct market study of project sites, including business plans, permits projection and validation
    • Conduct assessment of project sites, meeting with landowners, signing and closing of deals
    • Make a feasibility study of future project sites

    • Oversee sales admin transactions
    • Prepare monthly sales reports and sales performance
    • Review and checks lot locations and purchase agreements to be released

    • Monitor check payment for bank clearing daily
